Born on the Southside of Chicago at Michael Reese Hospital in 1984 and both parents born on the Southside, I take pride in being from Chicago. From Hyde Park to Roseland to Brainerd Park then the south suburbs after college...and now reviving a beautiful studio in Beverly Hills, Chicago-my Southside roots run deep. Technology has been a second language to me. TVP Tech Solutions, LLC is the vessel I can use to impart tech knowledge and help for the betterment of my community throughout Chicago and beyond. September 21, 2021 I lost my father, Terence Van Wade Johnson, to covid-19 who was a Master Tailor and movie costume designer. TVP Tech Solutions, LLC has absorbed his last men's attire inventory and his studio in Beverly Hills, Chicago now called Studio15, TVP Tech Solutions, LLC headquarters. Jobs will open in Fall 2023.

TVP Tech Solutions, LLC has made an impact on me as the owner and the different communities I work with. During the pandemic, we received an influx of clients because most were unable to continue their business because they did not have a website at all or need their current website revamped. TVP Tech Solutions, LLC made it possible for a lot of small businesses to continue and thrive by building e-commerce stores and social media graphics in order for clients to promote their businesses.
The future of TVP Tech Solutions, LLC is to become and MSP/MSSP (Managed Services Provider/Managed Security Services Provider) which would open the doors to employment for Level 1 & 2 helpdesk and on-site technicians for businesses or corporations who do not already have an internal IT Department. We currently offer IT Policies & Procedures document creation, Disaster Recovery Plan creation, cybersecurity audit assistance and staff training on best cyber attack prevention strategies.
Purchasing the current brick & mortar building where we occupy the 1st & 2nd floor studio is our main goal this year. The building at 2141 w. 95th street would allow TVP Tech Solutions, LLC to preserve a piece of history in the Beverly Hills neighborhood, but it would also allow for business expansion.
TVP Tech Solutions, LLC would have an office for employees to report to and work out of, allow for in-person client visits, in-person/virtual website building workshops, office space rentals, studio space for business pop-up shops, business showcase events and event space rentals. Renovations to the 1st floor would also be able to be completed as I have done some out of pocket renovations on the 2nd floor already. Acquisition of the entire building is our goal and the landlord has agreed to the sell of the building once we have the funds.
TVP Tech Solutions, LLC needs to continue to be a staple on the Southside of Chicago to offer tech literacy & tech solutions nationwide for many years to come.
Being a southside native Black Woman owned technology solutions firm on the Southside of Chicago with a multi-purpose office space offering training and employment is a major distinction.
Everything is turning to technology and there are so many people who need jobs as well as the tech help for businesses. With these funds we could expand to help setup the tech in offices around the city. Being from the southside and knowing the lay of the land, being able to move around and help those who have been denied help or over charged is where TVP Tech Solutions, LLC can make a difference. Being able to make house calls to residents in Chicago with device or computer troubleshooting issues sets us apart form any geek squad out there.
We have actually been able to fix problems that the geek squad could not fix and in a shorter amount of time for less money. Having our office space would allow folks to bring in computer and laptops for repair also.
Other than our clients testimonials on our website or the reviews we receive via email, we have yet to receive any awards, but we don't do this just for the rewards or recognition; tech and helping others is our passion.
