I have a good friend of mine that is a single mother, who lost her job a few months ago and is on the verge of potentially losing her home as well. She just confirmation that she’s been accepted at a new job and will be starting mid February. Until she starts that job and gets money coming in she really needs help with her rent and utilities. The rent alone is $900. The goal here is to help her take care of the current rent so she doesn’t lose her and her child’s home before she even gets the chance to catch up.
