💛 IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM SYLVIA

Hi Frands…

This is really hard for me to say, but I wanted to share with friends and family.

I’ve been diagnosed with an extremely rare and aggressive form of breast cancer called high-grade spindle cell carcinoma.

Less than 1% of breast cancer patients receive this diagnosis.

This type of cancer can attack lymph nodes, but it prefers to travel through the bloodstream. Therefore, everything is moving very quickly, and my amazing doctors are fast-tracking my treatment.

At the end of this month, I will be having surgery, including a double mastectomy, followed by chemotherapy and radiation, and another surgery in January

💼 Work & Life Update

If you know me, you know how much I love my work, I will miss every minute of it. I’ve made more friends through work than anywhere else, and I truly consider each of you my family.

💔 Financial Reality

This is going to be an extremely difficult financial time for me.

I really wanted to throw a fun fundraiser party, but everything is happening so quickly that I simply don’t have time.

Maybe after this battle… we can hopefully have  a Victory Party instead. 💛
