Help Zachary Reclaim Health With A Reliable Car

I'm Zachary originally from Ohio moved here to GA in 2020 everything was going pretty good.Moved from pooler with parents to help take care of them my dad's sick with leukemia and a couple other illnesse's.I got into 3 really bad not at fault accidents in just the last couple years and found out I have degenerative disc disease.Heretitary from my mother's side also found out i have deep vein thrombosis and I've since became a schitzo effective shut in and scared of about everything anymore due to all the PTSD and trauma.I came down on hard times when became disabled only getting less than a 1,000 a month to pay bills and live on.Well now I have no vehicle the title place that I got a small loan of just a few hundred to get groceries 6 months back just towed my only vehicle.I had a stroke 3 months ago and was in the hospital and missed the payment.The car was already sitting out back with a broken off key in the ignition and I was trying to wait til my check came on the 23rd of the month to get it fixed .Since having no vehicle or any family or help down here except for my parents who Don't get much more than me my health is seriously declining due to living in Sylvania Ga.Ive been unable to go to my neurologist appts,wound care for the burns and wounds on my arms from burns from one of the accidents also I am out of all my meds mental health and physical meds.Havent been able to get to any other important appts and am constantly wanting to put an end to what feels like a neverending nightmare.I cry more than not anymore I'm in 24/7 pain and depressed since can't get any of my meds without going to see Drs and have them give me refills can't get to my counselor or anywhere period.They have no bus system here and all my appts are in the nearest city's which are all 45 min to hr away.I am trying to get enough money together to buy a used car just to get my life back in order etc get to my appts and get everything back to stable and just humble instead of pain,misery and depression.Any thing helps and will be appreciated more than words can say I dont like to ask for help I'm a pretty vain and independent person but I'm to the point I have no other options Thanks ahead of time for any help I wish people could switch places just for a min so they could see it from the perspective of the person with the hard times.Please any help would be greatly appreciated or even a used car if anyone would do payments etc.Thanks so much
