As a 34-year-old single mother, life has thrown me some unexpected challenges. Since May 2025, I've been battling medical issues, but as of April 10th 2026 it has kept me in and out of the hospital. Each visit has added not just to my stress but to my financial strain. My body resisted the medications, which meant more time away from work and no income during those crucial times. Now, I'm facing the threat of loosing the roof over my head with mounting bills piling up too. Despite exploring every available resource and organization, the help I need seems just out of reach.
The kindness and support from others offer a glimmer of hope for me and my nine-year-old daughter. Reaching this $3,800 goal means staying in our home, a small yet vital sanctuary where my daughter feels safe and we can nurture better days ahead. It would allow me to stabilize our situation, catch up on overdue bills, and focus on regaining my health without the constant worry of financial instability. I'm optimistic that with a little help, we can find the stability and peace of mind that have been elusive for so long.
