My daughter is a hardworking 23 year old. She works several hours a week and lives with a roomate and pays bills while also trying to pay towards cosmetology fees and tuition. She has finished cosmetology school but still owes some fees and tuition. Those fees have to be paid before she can get her cosmetology license. Anything small or big would help tremendously and be greatly appreciated.
