On Thursday, October 17th, Benjamin choked on food at lunch and was unable to be revived for an extended period of time. He did not recover from this injury and was welcomed home by Jesus on Saturday, October 19th.
As Benjamin’s dad said, we loved him and he loved everyone. He loved giving hugs, watching movies, going to the beach, eating at Culver’s, throwing frisbees, meeting new dogs, and playing with others (even when he would have rather played something else). When discussing Darth Vader, the Emperor, Kylo Ren, Voldemort and other villains while we played with Legos, he said they should follow Jesus and be kind.

They will use the money to pay for the cost of Benjamin’s funeral services. Donations in excess of that amount will be donated to an organization of the family’s choice that spreads love in the world as Benjamin did.
