CONGRATULATIONS to our Technical problem team that competed at the Northern Illinois OM Tournament March 7th and will now move on to compete at World Finals at Iowa State University this May to represent IL! And a special congratulations to Elijah who was awarded the Omer Award for outstanding sportsmanship! Way to go, Three Oaks OM!!!

This team is a combination of students from District 26 from Three Oaks Elementary and Briargate Elementary.

We are asking for your support as we try to raise $4,000 to send the kids and families to Iowa State University to complete in the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP. This is against all other USA states, Germany, Japan, China, Poland, and more. They will represent Cary-Grove for all of us while they demonstrate creativity, teamwork, confidence, and planning without adult intervention.

More about Odyssey of the Minds:

Odyssey of the Mind (OM or OotM) is an international creative problem-solving competition for students from kindergarten through college. Teams of 5-7 members work for months to solve open-ended, STEM-focused, or theatrical problems, emphasizing creativity, teamwork, budgeting, and performance, with no outside assistance allowed
