If you’ve had the chance to read Nello’s Facebook post (linked below) you already know that he and Mary went through a rough year in 2024, and then just a few weeks ago as they were getting back on their feet, a huge tree fell on their house (while my father-in-law and I were in it!) causing major damage and displacing them for at least a year.
I’m setting up this fund for them, to cover all the expenses that insurance won’t quite get to: deductibles, lost items, unexpected out of pocket costs, unpaid leave from work, and just the overall stress and hassle they’ve been going through. It won’t cover everything but it will provide a cushion. Anything you can pitch in would be great!
