As many of you may know, I grew up in a very small town in PA. I moved to Oregon after years of struggle, and I began my career as a professional cook. Over the years I have worked with chefs who are some of the best in the world, and now I'm ready to try my hand at it, but I need your help!
My goal is to start small, maybe pops ups and small Venus, and eventually move into a food truck or a place of my own. The concept for all of this is still open, and I welcome suggestions. I'd prefer Italian or Spanish cooking, but I can do anything
I just want help to create economic growth in a world that is stagnant, I want to help our economy. .
