Like millions of others, I was absolutely heart broken seeing the devastation and destruction caused by the LA wildfires. After seeing videos and pictures of the damage on social media, I asked myself “how can I help?"
I quickly I realized that I can RUN.
The Phoenix Rock N Roll Half Marathon is Sunday, January 19th. I am participating and collecting donations for the PASADENA HUMANE SOCIETY, a donor-supported, nonprofit organization that provides animal care and services for homeless and owned animals in the Greater Los Angeles area. Hundreds of animals have arrived at their shelter from evacuation zones, with many more expected over the coming weeks.
In addition to doing something amazing, all sponsors will receive a shoutout during the run, and donations of $25+ get to pick a song for me to run to!
