Hello, some of you might remember that I was fostering Marty (formerly known as Chance) while getting him vet care for his broken back and paralysis caused by being hit by a car before the HDAC rescue took him in. My family and I ended up adopting him. Foster fail! And he is such a loved member of our family now.
Marty is getting stronger with therapy and pain management, and has adjusted so well to his new home. He has his routines down and takes himself to bed promptly at 8pm every night. He's a sweet and funny little boy. He still loves going places in the car, outings in his wheelchair, water and baths, cuddles, and playing with his cat and dog sisters and brothers.
The reason for this continued fundraiser is for help covering medications and extra things a disabled pup like Marty needs, such as diapers, baby wipes, pee pads, physical therapy devices, wheelchair parts, harnesses, other equipment.
I have been working odd jobs part time while looking for full time work, and plan on being Marty's forever home, so I'm asking for assistance that would help relieve some financial stress. Anything at all is so greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for caring about Marty. He's really such a loving, sweet, and strong boy.
