Help Carroll Recover from Domestic Violence and Help her Gain Freedom
Please help me help my beautiful friend get through an extremely difficult time. Carroll needs help restarting her life and getting back on her feet. This will be a long and difficult process for Carroll as she not only needs financial help, but also love and support.
Carroll’s entire world has been turned upside down and she has a long road ahead of her, physically, emotionally, financially and with her health as well. Carroll lacks the funds needed to finalize her divorce to get out of an abusive relationship, while also fighting to regain her health after a series of complicated illnesses. These illnesses have left her no longer able to drive and seek employment.
Carroll married a man who, leading up to their marriage, was everything she ever wanted, but then he quickly turned into someone she did not recognize. During 21 years of marriage, Carroll, along with her daughter, has been verbally, physically, and emotionally abused. Her husband stole her entire inheritance from her mother leaving her with no money for rent, food, or livelihood. Her husband has also left her with excessive bills that need to be paid, purposely trying to bankrupt her. The joint bank account she shared with her husband was cleared out during one of Carroll's serious medical illnesses, leaving her with nothing.
We are asking for monetary contributions to help her complete her divorce. We are also looking to help Carroll keep the current room she is renting so she does not have to go to a homeless shelter. Any amount you can donate is greatly appreciated and will be going to help someone who would do the same if the situation were reversed.
