After years of searching, I have found & reconnected with my birth family in Ethiopia. The emotions are a mix of joy, anxiety, and an overwhelming desire to reunite in person. Being adopted and growing up in North Carolina, I've always been curious about my roots, and now I have the opportunity to explore them firsthand.
I am aiming to raise $6,000 to cover travel expenses for this transformative journey. It's more than just a trip, it's a step toward understanding my identity and forging a bond I once thought impossible. I’d also love to provide my family with gifts of essentials and toys for my younger siblings. One sibling is also with child , and I would like to bless her with baby items for my potential niece/nephew.
