Guys… I need help.

I’m not normally one to ask for help, just ask my friends 😅

But last week Badger ended up with an injury after disc practice. After an ER visit, two regular vet visits last week, and then he has rehab tomorrow, funds are running thin, and we still don’t really know what’s wrong. I’ve been slowly insuring my dogs as I can but unfortunately Badger was not insured at the time of his injury. After starting my new job and Laura moving in the little bit of savings we have left is all going to Badger. We’re able to keep our heads above water and make sure everyone’s basic needs are paid for, but we’re still getting back on our feet. Especially when I choose to have as many dogs as I do. It’s no one else’s responsibility but mine.

I will also be offering sticker commissions and photography sessions as discounted rates to help us make ends meet. Please PM me for more info on these.

You all know how much this dog means to me, he saved me. And now I will do anything (including swallowing my pride) to help him. Any little thing is appreciated. Thank you all for caring about my boy ❤️

After meeting with a CASE in crystal lake. Badger restrictions are slightly lifted. To short walks. After lots of discussion some of the likely issues are IVDD within his lower thoracic Lumber, fibrocartilaginous embolism or a fracture from before Rachael owned him that’s healed and causing the issues. The most likely option at this moment is IVDD. The only way to know for sure is to get this MRI. Along with figuring out is there a bulging disc that is causing issues on his spinal cord which if ruptured would require emergency surgery.
