Hi everyone, I feel embarrassed to talk to you guys about this but I’m a Junior College student and I hate be in a position where I have to ask others for financial help but I don’t know what else to do.
I am an immigrant student from Mexico, I’m in the United States with a student visa trying to graduate from college and start working with my goals but lately it’s been getting harder. Unfortunately, due to unexpected financial difficulties, my parents are no longer able to support my studies and with a F-1 Visa there aren’t any loans or financial help I can apply for. I’ve been trying to find some jobs that can help me pay for my studies but I haven’t been lucky.
Right now, I am facing an urgent situation. I need to raise $13,000 to cover my college tuition and continue my education. Without this support, I can loose my visa and the opportunity of finishing my studies with just a year left.
This is why I am reaching out, even though it is difficult for me. Any contribution, no matter how small, would truly mean the world to me. And if you are not able to donate, sharing my story would also be a huge help.
