Since I was a little girl, I dreamt of changing the world with my creativity and uniting communities through storytelling. As a professional advertising designer, I was thrilled to work in corporate marketing, where I discovered my true passion. But I also noticed a gap: the stories brands told often lost their meaning in translation, missing the chance to truly connect the American and Hispanic communities. That’s when my passion became my business. I started my own company to help brands in finance, health, and communications engage authentically with the Hispanic population—a community that drives a significant part of the US economy. My business was blooming, and I felt I was making a real difference.

But everything changed when I trusted the wrong accountant and followed poor advice. Suddenly, my business was in jeopardy. I couldn’t keep up with bills, my credit score plummeted, I lost my house, and I felt hopeless, drowning in debt. Despite these setbacks, I remain committed to my mission. I come from a hardworking family, and I’m the only one who took the initiative to build a business that provides opportunities for others. When I arrived in this country, I had to find my own way to finish my career, and now I help others validate their degrees and find jobs. My business is my legacy—it’s how I build bridges, help brands connect with my community, and create a better tomorrow.
