Some of you may know our story and some may not… for those who don’t… long story short, my ex husband beat my son pretty badly 2 years ago (Dec 2022) he is now in prison serving his sentence and has lost his parental rights. I am remarried and my husband has been the main father figure in their lives for a while, helping support and raise them. He now has the chance to adopt. My husband would love to make them officially his and my oldest would wants to change his name legally and be able to put all the bad memories in the past. It is a costly process and we are raising a blended family (6 kiddos in total 😱) anything helps… if we exceed our monetary needs I have a plan to donate the money to someone else in need.
