"Our immediate need is $600 for 501(c)(3) filing fees. The $2,500 goal includes community matching required to qualify for a $25,000 pre-development loan."

Imagine a place where homeless families can find stability, safety, and hope. The H.O.P.E. Community is more than just a dream—it's a proposed tiny home village in Eugene, Oregon, that aims to provide shelter and support to those who need it most. This initiative isn't just about building homes; it's about building a future for families who have nowhere else to turn.As the founder of this project, I understand the challenges of homelessness firsthand. Currently living in a tent with my girlfriend and our dog, I am committed to turning my vision into reality. The State of Oregon has allocated $4.5 million for land acquisition, but these funds remain out of reach until I secure a 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. We need your help to overcome this hurdle. With your support, we can raise the $600 required for filing fees, while also securing the needed $2,500 community funding to qualify for a $25,000 pre-development loan from a local lender.Your donation will directly contribute to:

Filing our 501(c)(3) paperwork ($600)

Land earnest money ($5,000)

Site surveys and soil testing ($4,000)

Preliminary engineering ($3,000)

Every dollar is carefully tracked and documented, ensuring full accountability. Rest assured, every penny goes toward creating these homes—there is no personal salary involved; just a dedication to building a future.Together, we can show that a homeless man can indeed build homes for others in need. Please consider donating or sharing our cause. Thank you for your belief in the power of community and compassion.
