Esther “Rachel” Wagers Webber went home to be with the Lord December 10, 2023.  From this moment on, Rachel will be remembered as a devoted mother, loving wife, loyal sister, daughter, and a high spirited friend to all.  As we recall the light and laughter that Rachel has brought into our lives, we are reminded of her positive and uplifting attitude.  Rachel prioritized her role in assisting those in need.  This impact has been felt by those close, and unfamiliar to her. Rachel gave us so much of herself, that even now, we get to keep that.
