Help Secure Our Home & Support Low-Income Renters

I’ve been in my home 15 years. My landlord decided he wants to upgrade the home & get triple what I pay a month. After talking & weeks of searching for a new place & informing him of a new mission to help low income renters I’m working on, my landlord has decided to let me stay in the home if I pay through the end of the year, which is $2500, by August 10th. I have exhausted all my resources on rental applications & paying other bills that would’ve prohibited me from moving. Any donations or loans would be greatly appreciated
