Thanks for viewing.. keeping this as short as possible but I had initially had plans in May 2023 to visit with my eldest daughter (who is almost 13 years old in august) I am currently pregnant with my 3rd child (another girl) due the middle of July and also have a now 19 month old son. My smallest children I have with my fiancé, Keenan. I have been estranged from my eldest daughter by her father and have not seen her since the Fall of 2021. Once I have this baby I will be working on court fees and whatever I must do to remedy this already very strained relationship but the recent travel plans falling through have not helped our relationship any at all and we really need this visit as much as possible before the new addition arrives as I know she is already having issues accepting another ‘half sibling.’ She was ok with having a brother when I first became pregnant with him. She said,’ no competition if it was a boy because she would still be the only girl and my only girl.’ Now I think things have only gotten worse in her mind and my previous trip and visit to see her falling through. I really need to be there for her to support her as much possible and it having been another rough pregnancy, all my health issues (prior to), my age of 41 years old, unemployed so financially that makes things difficult and being 2300 miles away.
Anyways, this close to my due date it’s no longer considered safe to fly and my fiancé is worried the baby could come early so the best way to get back safely, and so that I can visit with other friends and family and they too can see our 19 month old who everyone also misses dearly is to road trip back. This sounds like a lot to others but we did this when I was pregnant with our son and are road trip professionals and this is also something we want to do with him as a family of ‘3’ before the newest addition arrives and something we wanna do to make it special for him/us and our other family and friends. I also have an appt with my medical specialist I’ve had out there since 2015 had this appt in June to see him as a back up appt already incase I missed the appt in May which unfortunately happened. So we are trying to get back in time for the appt, June 6th and see my daughter (Keefers sister) who I would love Keefer to also visit with more than anything, see some of you friends and fam and head back east to have this baby girl. Once a year is not nearly enough to see your child but if this is the best we can do then I’m willing to accept that for now. I know once our newest arrives it will make travel and visiting back west even more difficult with two under 2 nearing 42 years of age.. and I’d really like to see her before she officially becomes a teenager. This doesn’t fill the hole in my heart that I deal with and try to heal from regularly but it certainly helps and will help the both of us. Our son may be too young to remember but it’s very important for my daughter to see us and help to show her (as actions speak louder than words) that we are always here for her even if it doesn’t appear that way and even if others are and have always been telling her otherwise.
After some thorough research I opted to go with this fundraising site, Spotfund.com because Gofundme takes almost 10 business days to pay out and we are on a financial time crunch. We have almost come up with the full financial amount to safely make this journey on our own but to play it safe a few hundred would really help to make the trip more stress free if some extra costs were to come up. Also, as I’ve mentioned prior we are not having a baby shower for this baby so if you were looking for a way to help contribute in any way monetary is always best for our family at this time.
I’m hoping as I get stronger mentally and physically I can take more slack off of, Keenan and he can become more established employment wise but right now I’ve needed his full time help to help me out on certain days that have left me fully bedridden and most days unable to lift our son on my own (also doesn’t help he’s massive!) thank you for reading, understanding, supporting in any form and more importantly trying to help reunify a family in a healthy way not including the abusive court system etc. we are hoping somehow..someway this very important meeting up will happen and can be as non drama/cooperative and cordial as possible with the child’s best interest in mind. Lord knows /we dealt with so many unnecessary dramatics when our son was born Fall 2021 and a majority of 2022 legally in regards to my daughter and it wasn’t pretty and I’m hopeful people have better things to do with their time and unreasonable emotions/demands.
My Jolie and I have been through enough drama and abuse and we both deserve a healthy loving mother daughter relationship. Thanks to anyone who has ever encouraged or desired the same for us both. I again, hope no one ever has to endure the pain this has caused me over the years and have come very close to losing my life because of it as well. But that’s what ‘they’ want and so nope not gonna happen. We are stronger than we know! Keep going! My love of my children and their love for me keeps me going! Don’t ever let your pride keep you from asking for what you know you and your heart need. Don’t expect anyone to understand even if you stand alone.
