I’m Keira Rambousek, and the Miss America Organization has shaped me into the woman I am today. Competing in pageants has given me so much more than crowns or titles; it has given me confidence, resilience, and a heart for service. Through every stage, I’ve learned that true beauty lies in using your voice for something bigger than yourself.
That’s why I’m so passionate about this cause. I’m raising funds for educational scholarships and heart research through the AHA GO RED x Miss America collaboration. The American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women initiative and the Miss America Scholarship Foundation are uniting to fight against heart disease while also empowering women to pursue higher education and chase their dreams.
To me, this partnership represents everything I stand for: strength, compassion, and purpose. Every donation, no matter the size, helps fund groundbreaking research and provides life-changing scholarships to women across the nation. You’re not just giving money; you’re giving hope, opportunity, and the chance for another young woman to discover her purpose the way I found mine.

Miss America and Miss America's Teen National Scholarships are awarded by a separate non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, the Miss America's Scholarship Foundation Inc. This collaboration provides funds for national awards, and in addition, both Miss America's/Miss America's Teen State Scholarships and the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women movement. The American Heart Association's Go Red for Women is Miss America's Scholarship Foundation's national health thought leader. All above mentioned entities are 501(c)(3) organizations and all donations to this campaign are fully tax-deductible per IRS regulations.
