Hi everyone! My name is Ciaran Sligh, and this is my second year competing for the title of the Miss South Carolina Opportunity as Miss River City! Starting as a Palmetto Princess, I am proof that this amazing organization truly changes lives.
Not only have I earned academic scholarships, I have also gained incredible interview and public speaking skills, confidence, and found my passion for service.
