A few days ago we were unexpectedly contacted to potentially and possibly adopt from an expecting mother who was looking into adoption.
Fidel & I have been trying for a baby for four years straight.
After discussing it and researching what a private/independent adoption would look like - we said that we would, if that was the choice she ended up making.
We have no idea if this particular situation will come through to anything, but it did make us realize that we are absolutely open to adopting - especially for a kiddo that really needs it. e
We have talked to a few different family lawyers and independent/private adoption can cost anywhere from $4k-7k in legal fees.
We would appreciate your help in expanding our family and our hearts. ❤
