Last year, James was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma. He did   radiation treatment for 3 months and we thought he was in the clear. However, on June 6th, 2025, we found out the cancer has spread to his vital organs and bones. He's been given a 10% chance of living for another 2-3 years, if beyond that. He will be starting Immunotherapy treatments this week, with the hope it will prolong his life and put the cancer into dormant status. We have 6 kids still at home, as well as a mortgage and even with public assistance, we still need help with everyday living expenses as I am the only one working at the moments. With a future of uncertainty, we are asking for help to keep afloat so we can spend the rest of what little time we have together as a family in as much peace as possible. Anything helps and we would be forever grateful for whatever you can donate. We would just like the last little bit of life James has left, to be as memorable and peaceful as possible for us and our children.

Thank you all who have shared and donated. The love and support mean more than words to us right now. As We continue to learn more on this, it seems to be growing faster than we can wrap our heads around at times.

Along with blood draws every three weeks minimally. Infusion's (2 or more) every three weeks. A potential regular third infusion medication for my Crohn's to treat that without impacting, counteracting, or interfering with the current Cancer medications. I am still needing to go to Washington's Swedish Institute to treat the last of the facial surgeries required to finish removal and reconstruction of the cancer on my right cheek. As we scrape by fighting for everything along the way. My biggest hope is that this can be successful so my wife and kids can stay in the home we have known and has provided well for us over these last years as we take one battle after the next on. This is a huge request, and I know people are in hard times themselves. As I am thankful for all that help in any way they can, I only hope I am able to keep our home and medical expenses to a point as to not burden and break my family when I do go. As with an active diagnosis, one cannot get a fair policy is they are even looked at.

I will have more life length updates, post my third set of infusions, as the doctor wants to have that minimal dosing in me before reviewing for lifespan updates with the PET-CT. I just hope my new support orders that I was recently ordered for understand. Even harder when you go from ten years without to now a payment on top of new Cancer and changing Crohn's medical issues.

God bless Everyone and I hope to one day have this behind me and be able to Thank and praise each and every one who helped! If anyone need's prayers themselves, please feel free to reach out, as I believe we are all stronger together than tearing or separating ourselves.

Have found that I’m not only doing two infusions with immunotherapy, plus an infusion for a new med for Crohn’s that is hopefully keep working on keeping it managed!

newest update is that I will be continuing processing with the Swedish Institute to minimally go deep and wide enough to remove what the original facial surgery could not, also pray that the nerves not affected so I do not have partial facial paralysis.
Thank You and God Bless

I, James, wanted to come on and line out some specifics. I have been given 2-3 years if treatments do not work. Options are starting with immunotherapy, and backups are Chemotherapy and a second immunotherapy in an attempt to lengthen my life. If the therapies work well enough, I can get dormancy at a 10% chance to live a natural life with the cancer dormant and treatments continuing. I have been told there is no cure for this cancer. Thank you to everyone who has supported my family and me. Y'all have been some of the greatest family and friends someone could ask for.
