We are so excited to finally share that we have official dates for Nyah’s Make-A-Wish trip! We’ll be leaving Pennsylvania on September 25th. It feels so real now, and we couldn’t be more thankful for this incredible opportunity.
Our biggest goal right now is keeping Nyah healthy until then. Her doctors made it very clear that if she gets sick, we may have to cancel or delay the trip. With her big sister starting school, we’re a little nervous about all the new germs, but we’re doing our best to stay healthy, keep hands washed, and hope for the best. Please send up some extra prayers that everything stays on track!
On the flip side, life threw us a curveball this week. Our car, the one we were planning to drive to Disney, broke down. The motor needs repaired, and we’re working hard to figure out how to cover the costs while also trying to save some spending money for the trip itself. To say stress is high in our house right now would be an understatement.
We’re picking up extra shifts where we can and trusting that it will all work out. If anyone feels moved to help, whether it’s towards fixing the car or trip expenses, we would be so deeply grateful. Every little bit truly makes a difference.
Our community has already done so much for us, and we can’t thank you enough for the prayers, encouragement, and love that have carried us this far. We are beyond blessed to have such support around us, and we’re holding onto hope and excitement as the countdown to Disney begins. 💚
