Help A Struggling Mom Keep Her Car And Income

Hello, I am a 29 yo single mom of three daughters, ages 4, 9 & 11. I am currently going through unexplained medical issues that caused cardiac arrest on 8/10. Since then I have not been able to work. I do doordash to make ends meet, while that is getting the rent, electric and other bills paid I am currently behind 3 payments on my car which is a total of $1,500. That now puts my vehicle up for repossession. If I don't have a vehicle I have no source of income. I can not physically work until the Drs can figure out what caused the cardiac arrest, I was not even cleared for doordashing but the bills need paid. All I am asking for help with is paying my car payment to get it out of repossession. I don't have family or friends I can ask for help, so I'm reaching out to all of you for a helping hand.
