Neftali Rivera gave it all he had in the biggest fight of his life against cancer. On March 5th 2023 he unfortunately passed at the age of 75. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.
Neftali served our country as a member the Air Force. While in the service, he met his beautiful wife of 52 years Maria Rivera, where they raised their 2 children (Melanie Rivera Guevara) (Daren Rivera) and helped raise their nephew (Vincent Arroyo).
This hard working man moved up as far as possible as anyone could in the postal service. Giving many hours of his life to make sure his family had a roof over their heads and food on the table as well as anyone he knew that was in need.
The things we will remember the most is the love and passion he had for Golf, but his family above all was the most important in his life. Neftali Rivera was a giver. Giving everything to the ones he loved the most. He was the type of person that would remember the little things and do all those little things to let you know how much he cared.
Neftali Rivera was a wonderful person. We ask for you to take a moment to give back and help his wife Maria in her time of need and her devastating loss of her husband of 52 years. We would like to honor him in a very special way by giving him a celebration of life that he whole heartedly deserves. Anything you can give will go towards the celebration of Neftali Rivera and to celebrate for the countless people he impacted with his love.
