My brother is 34 years old and in his final days. He suffering with liver failure and is on hospice. So we are the ones taking full care of him. My brother has a heart of gold and this has been hard for all of us. He had the option to receive a transplant but he turned it down. He would rather give a second chance to someone else. Everyday is harder and harder. Being the baby of our family this the hardest thing any of us has went through. Right now we don't even know how we're going to lay him to rest when the Lord comes for him. Please if you can help our family in this hard time we appreciate everything and anything. God Bless
