Andrew White planned a fun getaway with his wife Lecsee and their daughter Gracie to the Zoo in St. Louis. Before even being able to get to the Zoo, they ran into a tornado. They didn’t expect when they got home to find that another tornado took their house. It ripped through and destroyed everything. Imagine trying to take your family for a fun adventure, not even being able to go, and then coming home to find everything destroyed. Every single thing! Andrew and Lecsee worked extremely hard on their house, and now it’s all gone.
If you’ve been through a situation like this or know someone who has, dealing with the insurance company isn’t an easy thing, and even with insurance, it won’t cover everything that was lost. It’s still a financial burden.
This situation hits home for me because it’s family. Andrew is my nephew. I started this fundraiser to help lighten the load on Andrew and his family.
