My friend Suicen in Colombia, South America lost her job due to covid and can't afford to pay for nursing school that she has been attending for four months. She lives with her parents that both need help due to medical issues. She is very desperate and worried that they will be evicted from their tiny house that floods when it rains hard. She is very smart and able but when someone is so deperate it's difficult to see a way out. Nursing school is her best chance for that way out. She had a better than 4.0 average and a 30% scholarship which she is danger of losing if she can't resume studies soon. She was happy and looking forward to becoming a nurse when I visited in May 2021. Shortly after I returned home from Colombia ,she lost her job and became more and more despondent. I have done what I can to help her financially but don't have the resources to continue to do so. Thank you for your help!
