Dear family, friends, and supporters

Help Tony Fight Stage IV Metastatic Melanoma

Tony has always been the one who shows up when others are in need - myself included when I went through heart surgery. He never hesitates to help, to give, or to stand beside the people he cares about. Now, he’s the one who needs us.

In May 2025, Tony’s life changed in ways none of us could have imagined.

What started as severe abdominal pain and a high fever quickly became an emergency hospitalization. Doctors discovered a serious bacterial infection in his blood and liver, along with multiple abscesses on his liver. After intensive IV antibiotics and a liver aspiration procedure, we believed the worst was behind him.

But during a follow-up MRI to monitor his recovery, doctors noticed something concerning in his pancreas. After multiple scans, tests, and a Fine Needle Aspiration biopsy, Tony received news that no one is ever prepared to hear:

He was diagnosed with Stage IV Metastatic Melanoma that has spread to his pancreas.

The words were devastating.

He was told he has a 45% chance of reaching five years - a statistic that now lives in the back of his mind every single day. But if you know Tony, you know statistics don’t define him. He is determined to fight with everything he has - not just for himself, but for the people he loves most.

He is fighting for more time with his family.

As he begins treatment and prepares for what will be a long and exhausting journey, the financial burden is overwhelming. Even with insurance, the costs add up quickly - ongoing treatments, specialized appointments, follow-up scans, travel to medical centers, frequent overnight stays, and medications.

That’s why I’m asking for your help for Tony.

Every donation will go directly toward Tony’s treatment-related expenses and travel to the specialists working to give him the best possible chance. Your support will help ease the financial stress so he can focus on what matters most - fighting this horrible disease.

If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser. Every prayer, every message, and every share helps lift his spirits and remind him he’s not fighting alone.

Thank you for taking the time to read Tony’s story. Thank you for standing with him. Your kindness, generosity, and support mean more than words can express -especially on the hardest days.

With heartfelt gratitude, James

Dear family, friends, and supporters,

I wanted to share an update following Tony’s most recent PET-CT scan on January 6, 2026.

There is encouraging news. The scan showed a reduction in the size of the pancreatic mass, which is a positive sign that his treatment is having an effect. This is the kind of progress we have been praying for, and we are truly thankful to see it.

However, the scan also revealed some concerning findings involving his prostate. PSA (Prostate-specific antigen) at that time was quite elevated. As a result, Tony will need to undergo an additional PSA test in 6 weeks. If those levels remain elevated, the next steps will include an MRI and potentially a biopsy to better understand what’s going on.

While this new development is difficult and brings more uncertainty, Tony continues to remain hopeful and determined. He faces each appointment and test with strength and courage.

We are deeply grateful for the ongoing support from all of you. Your generosity, prayers, messages, and shares continue to be a constant source of comfort and strength during this difficult journey. Knowing that people are standing behind him truly makes a difference.

I will continue to keep you updated as we learn more.

With sincere thanks and gratitude, James

Dear family, friends, and supporters

I wanted to share an update on Tony’s health following his most recent scan on October 24th,2025

Unfortunately, the results were not what we had hoped for. The mass on his pancreas has not decreased in size - it has grown. Because of the location of the mass, surgery is not a safe option. The doctors have explained that attempting surgery would likely cause more harm than good.

This news has been incredibly difficult to process.

Even so, Tony is not giving up. He is continuing forward with immunotherapy and will also be undergoing radiation. His medical team is working diligently to explore every possible treatment option, and he remains determined to keep fighting through this next phase with strength and courage.

There are hard days - physically and emotionally - but he continues to push forward.

Your support, whether through donations (no matter how small), messages, prayers, or simply sharing this fundraiser, has meant more than I can put into words. It has helped ease the financial burden of treatment and travel, and just as importantly, it has reminded him that he is not facing this fight alone.

As he continues treatment, your ongoing support and sharing of this fundraiser would be so deeply appreciated. Every act of kindness truly makes a difference.

With heartfelt thanks and gratitude, James
