Our youngest son is in Ukraine to assist in any way he can with the conflict.  This is his dad's ancestral homeland.  As you can imagine, the situation was not what he expected when he hit the ground. Because of legal issues he, and the group he is with,  have decided to not officially affiliate with the Ukrainian government. So, he now finds himself in a position to be completely self sufficient as far as all of his needs from bullets to beans. There is one very expensive piece of equipment that must be purchased in the US and ferried to him but he considers it absolutely essential. He asked us to create this fund raiser, despite his extreme pride, because the mission is important and he wants to be a part of it but know he will need help as he will have no income for the foreseeable future.  All funds donated will go directly to him to access as needed with his bank card. As his parents we are deeply grateful for any help given. And, most importantly,  we  appreciate all prayers for safety and wisdom.
