Cappy's family member is currently in the hospital seeking addiction recovery treatment. His family member can no longer care for him. He came to use with a distended eyeball that is causing him a lot of pain that needs to be removed. No problem, lots of Shih Tzu's have this surgery and do great afterward. His vet bills are mounting: $1,182 including tomorrow's surgery which is $848.01.
