Homelessness is a symptom not a disease. Unfortunately, in our experience, many times it is a symptom of human trafficking, domestic violence or misinformation surrounding those in short or long term recovery from substance use or mental illness. No matter the cause; in America housing is not an alienable right! Make no mistake being homeless is a crime in Tennessee.
Most of us have seen a homeless person and thought, I would help but I just don't know if my contribution would be used for good. For the average American knowing who to help and who you would be enabling is a key to offering help. This fundraiser is specifically designed to be a helping hand for highly motivated people! The $ raised will be used for a 0% loan to build a rent-to-own TinyHome for homeless persons who have a desire to no longer be homeless.
The program is simple, rent to own tiny homes, participants will save money to buy land or buy your own larger home! Budgeting skill development is required by all participants! Home ownership is the goal in 36-60 months! With your help it can come true!
