My name is Sophia Richards and I am your Miss West Fargo 2024! I am so excited to be competing at the Miss North Dakota Scholarship Competition for my third year. I am 23 years old and am a graduate of North Dakota State University. I currently work as the Host/Producer of North Dakota Today, where I showcase local nonprofits, charity events, pop culture stories, as well as place an emphasis on uplifting women's businesses and achievements to 8,000 daily viewers. My Community Service Initiative is BIO Girls- A preventative mental wellness program! I am a mentor, advocate, and volunteer for BIO Girls, and I hope to take this North Dakota-born organization to the national spotlight at Miss America.
