Help Support a Disabled Mother and Her three Children During a Family Crisis
Hello, my name is Ashley and I am a disabled mother raising three children, who also have disabilities and special needs. I suffer from fibromyalgia & sciatica nerve damage all on the right side of my body that leaves debilitating pain that prevents me from sitting too long standing too long walking too long driving too long sleeping too long.
Our family recently experienced a devastating hardship when my husband was deported to El Salvador. He was our sole provider, he had his papers he was here legally. He owned his own construction business doing many jobs in and area Houston and we depended entirely on his income to cover our basic living expenses, including housing, food, utilities, transportation, and the care our children require. He has a 10 year bar, which means there is absolutely nothing. We can do for 10 years leaving his family in a very vulnerable situation.
Since his departure, our family has been struggling to meet essential needs. As a disabled parent caring for three children with disabilities, I am facing significant challenges in providing stability and maintaining the support and services my children need.
We are asking for help to cover:
Rent and housing expenses
Utilities
Food and household necessities
Medical and disability-related expenses
Transportation and other essential costs for our children
