I started Burchette Elite Basketball because I wanted to give back to the younger generation and give them an opportunity to succeed at the highest level with the upmost confidence. Building confidence on and off the court is huge for me. I look to keep faith alive in the youth letting them know and understand hard work goes a long way. My goal for my team and program is to grow and succeed on and off the court together, I remain humble in learning from coaches and players. My passion is to see the youth succeed in both academics and sports in college and beyond. Growing up having a support system helped me remain hungry to get better and learn something new everyday and I look to keep that same mentality going.
