My elderly neighbor has needed assistance before and has now come to me again .. he is desperate to find some type of assistance with his water bill. I was searching for churches or government program for him.  The water company he uses offers no assistance programs. He had cancer and has had a couple surgeries.  Thank goodness the cancer is gone. With extra expenses due to all of that, he's not able to afford this one bill. Seems he's not paid it in a couple months. I've tried 211, I've tried Harvest House and Operation Blessing and searched and searched the internet for cancer survivor assistance..or senior services.. I just can not find anyone to help him.  I will not give up. He seemed so distraught and I know it took a lot for him to ask me help him again. God Bless you all for helping.  We really appreciate it.
