Never in my life have I met an athlete that was meant to play soccer like Alex Luna. Since trying out for a local travel team, the opportunities for Luna have been rolling in. In addition to being invited to play with a travel league this winter, Luna has also been invited to play in weekend tournaments and train as a part of the ODP (Olympic Development Program) in Rockford.
This kid NEEDS and deserves to be on the soccer field. If you could see him play, you'd understand why I'm so adamant. The financial burden of these programs is what has kept Luna off the field... until now.
I am asking you to trust me in supporting this athlete. I wouldn't go out on a limb like this if I didn't truly believe in him. He has such raw natural talent at only 13 years old. His goal is to be a part of ECNL or MLS Next within the next year.
