Help Bahar Dehkordi (Atish) Cover Legal Costs and Defend Her Rights
My name is Bahar Atish. I am a rapper, artist, and women’s rights activist living in Canada. Much of my music and activism centres on women’s freedom, equality, and the right to speak out.
During a silent vigil in memory of Jina (Mahsa) Amini in Toronto, other participants and I were attacked and harassed by a group of individuals. The incident underlying the charge against me occurred while we were defending ourselves against those attacks. I now need legal representation to respond to the charge, present evidence, and defend my rights.
This fundraiser will help cover lawyer’s fees, legal consultations, and related expenses for this case. These costs are difficult for me to manage in my current financial circumstances. I am reaching out to friends, supporters, and community members who believe in the right to peaceful protest and access to justice.

من بهار آتیش هستم؛ رپر، هنرمند و فعال حقوق زنان، ساکن کانادا. بخش مهمی از فعالیت هنری و اجتماعی من به آزادی زنان، برابری و حق بیان اختصاص داشته است.
در جریان تجمع سکوت به یاد ژینا در تورنتو، من و دیگر شرکت‌کنندگان هدف حمله، تهدید و آزار عده‌ایی قرار گرفتیم. اتفاقی که اکنون موضوع پروندهٔ حقوقی من است، در جریان دفاع از خودمان در برابر این حملات رخ داد. اکنون برای پاسخ‌گویی به اتهام مطرح‌شده، ارائهٔ شواهد و دفاع از حقوقم، به وکیل و پیگیری حقوقی نیاز دارم.
این کمپین برای تأمین هزینه‌های وکیل، مشاوره و مراحل رسیدگی به همین پرونده راه‌اندازی شده است. پرداخت این هزینه‌ها در شرایط مالی فعلی برای من دشوار است؛ به همین دلیل، از دوستان، همراهان و جامعه‌ای که به حق اعتراض مسالمت‌آمیز و دسترسی به عدالت باور دارد، درخواست حمایت می‌کنم.
