I'm in a very abusive controlling common law marriage that I'm trying to get out of. There was a garage fire that ruined my house and melted my car in Sept. Of 2023. He dropped my insurance to liability only 4 days before the fire! He left the house less than 48 hours before the fire. I'm certain he did it. My car only had 50574 miles on it. He had messed up my spine in Sept of 2021 throwing me around and down, then he went to the main police station and tried filing a statement that said I had done that to him!! He had his leg ripped off while working under a semi in May of 2021. I was right behind him when it happened. I freaked out, it took me 45 minutes to realize no first responders had arrived. I called 911 and requested the helicopter. There were hundreds of cars backed up on both sides of the interstate and no one else had called in the accident! I finally got his work number dialed and told his boss he was pinned under a trailer he needed him and he got there and got the trailer off of him right before DPS arrived with a tourniquet . Then I called his dad. He went through my phone and message log to verify I had called everyone like I had said I did in the same order and criticized me for taking so long to call it in! He brought me to Oklahoma to his mom's where his half brother has a couple of acres in the center of his mom's and they forbid me to call 911, well a few weeks ago his nephew had gone to town when he came back he seen me out back and he took a loaded handgun out of the pickup he was driving and he discharged it into the ground not once but twice! So I called 911. Then a couple of weeks after that he came in the bedroom and we had gotten into an argument over him not paying my medical and dental as he had guaranteed he was going to and he grabbed the short double barrel shotgun and headed out the door just before he went out the door he threatened to kill me with it. I called 911 again. I had told them on both occasions I was forbidden to call 911. His mom has gone and filed eviction on me so I have til April 28th to get a vehicle to get my things he has moved here of mine and to get me a place to live and to get the divorce filed and file for spousal support asking he has to pay for my medical and dental care as he had guaranteed he would before he took out medical, dental and life insurance on me in 2018. I have high Troponin in my heart, my BP is running at stroke level and I'm unable to walk very far because of my back unless I have a rollator walker to hold me up.
I ask that you please help me if you possibly can do that after almost 20 years I can get a life in a safe environment and learn to live as I once did. Thank you for taking the time to read. God Bless each and everyone of you.
