I am a parent who has gone back to college. I am majoring in Psychology for Addiction Counseling with a minor in Spanish. I chose this career path for many reasons and the reason I chose to minor in Spanish is simple...even people who don't speak English in America have mental health needs too. I am trying to become as proficient in Spanish as possible. My University is running an Emmersive Study Abroad program for people majoring and minority in Spanish this summer. The Trip is 6 weeks worth 9 credits to Cádiz, Spain. I am a working parent and would love to go but this trip is costly, even after the small bit Financial Aid is able to cover.
Please help me make this Study Abroad Program a dream come true for me!
