My 87 year old dad was diagnosed with colon cancer that metastasized his lung approximately 7 months ago. After going through chemo they were able to remove the colon tumor but he is still dealing with the lung cancer. My dad is as close to a saint as them come.  He worked his whole life as a carpenter after serving in the army.  He is a life member of the local fire department and a long standing member of the church . This man ask for nothing and is one of the kindest men I know.  They have insurance but as is the case with alot of elderly people , it is very lacking in its coverage. My brothers. Sisters and I are doing what we can but the co payments and non covered  services are more than my parents can cope with . Any help that could be provided would go towards these co-pays and non covered services and would be greatly appreciated.
