Our family has been going through a really tough time lately, and we never imagined we’d be in a position needing to ask for help. We are a family trying to support each other and our 2-year-old the best we can while being pregnant with a high-risk pregnancy which is due in September as well.
Back in November, our car — the one we use for everything from getting to work to taking our kiddo to daycare — was broken into. After months we scraped together what we could to fix the damages, replace what was taken, and get back on track.
But just three days after getting it repaired, it happened again — only this time, they didn’t just break in… they stole the entire car.
We were shocked, heartbroken, and honestly, just defeated. It’s been one hit after another, and losing our car has made it harder to keep up with finding work, appointments, grocery shopping, and taking our kiddo to daycare. Between replacing stolen items, paying for repairs, and now having to wait who knows how long again for the car to be fixed so we can get it back we have gotten behind of bills.
We’re starting this GoFundMe to help cover things like all of the money we have had to pay to fix the car twice now, the missing wages from not having that transportation, everything for our kiddo from food to diapers, rent, etc.
