My story is simple — I work hard, I take care of my precious 2-year-old daughter, Milani, and I’ve been doing my best to provide for us on my own. But right now, we’re facing one of the hardest moments of our lives, and I need your help.
Two weeks ago, our world was turned upside down. My car was parked when it was hit and totaled during a preventable altercation caused by someone else’s recklessness. In an instant, the only reliable way I had to get to work, take Milani to daycare, and handle our everyday needs was gone.
To make things worse, the driver at fault doesn’t have enough insurance to cover the damage, and my own policy left me with unexpected out-of-pocket costs that I simply can’t afford right now. I’ve been left feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and completely defeated.
Losing my car has done more than take away our transportation — it’s made it harder to work, harder to keep up with bills, and harder to provide stability for Milani. I’m doing my best to stay strong for her, but the stress has been unimaginable.
