I started my journey 3-years ago when I purchased my first rental property in the Phoenix Community. At the first opportunity, I became a Board Member of the HOA, egger to lend help improve the living conditions of the community.
As a current Board Member with the Phoenix Community HOA, I’ve worked closely with Gainesville Police Department’s Community Relations and Public Affairs Units, as well as Gainesville Fire & Rescue’s Community Health Director, to implement sustainable programs for youth and the homeless within the Phoenix Community.
Now, I’m expanding that same commitment into Real Estate — transforming properties into thriving spaces that uplift entire neighborhoods.
