I am raising money for my best friend Cali who is really struggling right now. I am trying to be there for her the way she has been there for me for the past 9 years❤️ Providing unconditional: love, affection, and comfort😊 About 1 month ago Cali abruptly stopped eating her: wet food, dry food, and even her treats!!🙀😾 She also stopped playing, and her BIG personality and all of her quirks started to fade. I knew something had to be wrong, because suddenly she wasn’t herself at all☹️ The day after Thanksgiving I brought Cali to the vet and she got an XR which showed an abdominal mass. Fast forward to last week when she had to go for further testing via ultrasound. I will never forget 12/12 because I got a call that the US imaging showed the tumor to be cancerous. I was so crushed and overwhelmed with the diagnosis. Then I spoke with a dear friend who works at Eclipse Animal Hospital! She gave me lots of hope💪🏼🥰💜🙌🏼🙏🏼 She said they have the best oncology Dr’s who have so many options and great outcomes ☀️ We are going to see this through, and do all we can to make sure our little Cali girl is comfortable, and HEALING❤️‍🩹 She means the world to not only me, but my entire family, too. When my little sister brought Cali home almost 10 years ago, she brought a countless number of: laughs, smiles, and happy memories into our lives.  I would do anything to make sure Cali is comfortable and happy😊 I would do anything to be able to play with her again, and to have her trotting to the front door to greet me on the stairs every time I come home from work or school. The way she used to be🥰 I even miss getting pawed in the head and face in the wee hours of the night because she wanted food and attention. I miss all of her little quirks, her energy, and how she was when she was healthy. I am asking for help with vet bills to get Cali healthy again🙏🏼❤️ Lord willing!
