I am seeking assistance from some kind people to help me repair my car, which currently, has had brake failure and they need to be replaced. There is also an issue with the front end. The "boot" needs replacing or repair?
I was forced to retire due to my physical health and am now on a fixed income. Medical bills have been steadily mounting along with the cost of my medications...and inflated cost of everything in general.
I live in a fairly remote area and there is no readily public transportation available. I am relying on transportation for doctor's appointments and grocery shopping through my health insurance which allows me sixty hours per year. I do not even know what will happen once that is used up. I have already cancelled a number of appointments to try and conserve, not to mention...avoidance in racking up more medical bills. Getting to the bank is out of the question. Thank goodness for bank cards and writing checks!
Living in the area that I do, transportation is a must. I cannot afford new car payments of any type. I am really stressed over this and having trouble even sleeping.
All of the above said, my car is a 2012. It may sound old and maybe it is, but it only has 44,000 original miles on it ( I bought it brand new ) and the body is in great shape. So, repairing it only makes perfect sense.
